- I forgot my Asiasoft Passport Login ID. How do I retrieve my Login ID?

To retrieve your Asiasoft Passport Login ID, please follow these procedures:
- Visit https://passport.Asiasoft.net
- Click on the 'Forget your Login ID?' link.
- Key in your National ID and registered email address.
- Enter the security code which is displayed in the image.
- Your Asiasoft passport login ID will be sent to your registered email account.
- I forgot my Asiasoft Passport Password. What should I do?

The only way to retrieve your Asiasoft Passport password is to request for a reset password, please follow these procedures:
- Visit https://passport.Asiasoft.net
- Click on the 'Forgot your password?' link.
- Key in your Login ID and registered email address.
- Enter the security code which is displayed in the image.
- The system will reset and send your new password to your registered email account.
- My Passport has been suspended due to excessive password attempts. What can I do?

You had tried more than 5 unsuccessful login attempts, hence causing your Passport to be suspended. A re-activation code email will be sent to you shortly. Kindly refer to your registered email for instructions on reactivating your account.
- Click on https://passport.asiasoft.net/general/ap_account_reactivation.aspx.
- Enter your Asiasoft Passport Login ID.
- Enter your Asiasoft Passport Password (for user who has forgotten the Asiasoft Passport password, please reset the password before proceed to step 2).
- Copy and paste the Re-activation code stated in the email into the textbox:

- Click "Submit" to re-activate your Asiasoft Passport account.
- How do I delete my Asiasoft Passport or game accounts?

Once Asiasoft Passport and game accounts are created, it cannot be deleted.
- What is the difference between email verification and identity verification?

E-mail verification process verifies if your e-mail address is valid. This is to ensure that Asiasoft can contact you pertaining to your account. Your membership will be changed from "Quick" to "Regular" once the email verification process is completed.
An identity verification process identifies you as the rightful owner of your Asiasoft Passport. Your membership status will be changed from "Regular" to "Verified" after the identity verification is completed.
- How do I perform email verification?

To verify your email, please follow these procedures:
- Go to https://passport.asiasoft.net/general/ap_EmailVerification.aspx
- Enter your Asiasoft Passport Login ID and email address
- Please check your e-mail for the verification Code and copy and paste the verification Code into textbox.
- Click on "click here" to request for a new verification code if you did not received any email verification code previously.
- Enter the Code as shown in the image accordingly.
- Click Submit to complete the email verification process.
- How do I perform identity verification?

To verify your Asiasoft Passport, please follow these procedures:
Scan a copy of your National ID (Both front and back), Student Pass (with photo), Driving License (with photo) and use your registered email in Asiasoft passport to email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with the subject "Request for verification".
Your membership status will be change to "verified" once our Customer Service Officers have checked your registered information.
Please note that all fields in your Asiasoft Passport have to be correct in order for the verification process to be completed.

- Why verify my Asiasoft Passport?
Verification allows Asiasoft to provide Customer Service to the rightful owner of the Asiasoft Passport. This prevents hackers from abusing your Passport. Verified Asiasoft Passport holders can also participate in Asiasoft events.
- I did not provide my real particulars during registration. How do I change them now?

If you did not provide your real particulars during your Asiasoft Passport registration, you are required to follow the below procedure for further assistance.
Scan a copy of your National ID (Both front and back), Student Pass (with photo), Driving License (with photo) and use your registered email in Asiasoft passport to email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) .
Subject: Request for Asiasoft Passport Particular Updates
- Scan a copy of your National ID (Both front and back), Student Pass (with photo), Driving License (with photo).
- Asiasoft Passport Login ID
- Particulars that you will like to change and the new particulars (Full Name, Date of Birth or Email address)
There will be no administrative fee for updating of Asiasoft Passport particulars, with the exception of National ID and Asiasoft Passport Login ID. You will be contacted by the administrator with a confirmation email once we have received your documents.
Please note that requests without any of the above-mentioned information will not be processed due to security reasons.
- How do I change my Asiasoft Passport login password?

To change your Asiasoft Passport login password, please follow these procedures:
- Visit https://passport.Asiasoft.net.
- Key in your Asiasoft Passport login ID
- Key in your Asiasoft Passport login password.
- Click on My Profile -> Change Password.
- Key in your current login password.
- Key in your new login password.
- Re-key in your new login password and click Change Password..
- How do I change my Asiasoft Passport email address?

To change your Asiasoft Passport email address, please follow these procedures:
Please send your request to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) under the subject header "Request to update e-mail" with the information requested below:
- Asiasoft Passport login ID.
- Preferred e-mail address to be updated in Asiasoft Passport.
- Scanned copy of your national ID (both front and back) such as driving license (with photo), Identity Card, NRIC, student pass (with photo) or any official document (both front and back) bearing your full name, date of birth and National ID number.
You will be contacted by the administrator with an email once we have received your documents.
If your National ID differs a lot from the registered details in your Asiasoft Passport, further assistance will be requested from you to prove that you are the rightful owner for the Asiasoft Passport.
- I have request for new password/re-activation codes but when I check my mailbox, there's nothing in there.

Please allow 5-10 minutes wait time before you go and check your mailbox, as the delay can be due to high internet traffic. If you still did not receive the codes after 15 minutes, try to request these codes again.
- I am using Hotmail and it seems that all the emails from Asiasoft are auto-filtered to the “Junk” folder. What should I do?

To amend the setting to auto-filter your emails sent by Asiasoft from “Junk” folder to “Inbox”, please follow these procedures:
- Visit http://www.hotmail.com.
- Key in your Email address.
- Key in your password.
- Click on “Sign in”.
- Click on “Junk E-Mail” located on the left of the page.
- Search for any Asiasoft email and check the box on the left.
- Click on “Not Junk”.
After successfully moving the email(s) from “Junk” folder, future emails from Asiasoft will be directed to your “Inbox” folder.
- I am using Hotmail and I did not receiving emails sent by Asiasoft. What should I do?

This could be due to the filter settings in your email. Please follow the instructions stated below to receive auto-generated emails from Asiasoft:
- Visit http://www.hotmail.com.
- Key in your Email address.
- Key in your password.
- Click on “Sign in”.
- Click on "Options" located on the right hand corner.
- Select "More Options".
- Select "Filters & Reporting" under "Junk e-mail".
- Select either "Low" or "Standard" for Junk e-mail filter.
- Select "Later - Junk e-mail is automatically moved into the Junk e-mail folder, where it is deleted after ten days." for Delete Junk E-mail.
You should be able to receive auto-generated emails after you have set these functions properly.
