Book of Lights by designer Takeshi Ishiguro.
Flip it open and a cute little lamp pops up. Your bookish friends (if you actually have any) will be pleasantly surprised when you say you want to show them the light. I wonder how the designer flattens the light bulb when the book is closed; I don't think the book can be closed completely, as shown in the smaller pic on the left. Unless they make it like those books where a hole has been cut into the pages to conceal a key or something.
Speaking of lights and books, here's one for your recommended reading list, Fahrenheit 451; its title refers to the temperature at which paper spontaneously combusts, pretty cool isn’t it?
